  • The words at the end of the song and at the beginning on the album can
someone tell me what dave is saying?

  • when i have A shitty day,and everything goes wrong,i like to listen to tis
song ,it picks me back up

  • Damn Dave has lost his amazing voice, its sounds so weird, he sounds like
he isnt even taking it seriously.

  • I think a lot of the appeal of the original version of a song like Black
Celebration is the programmed drums. I don’t like how they’ve turned this
and many of their old songs into «rock» songs, with the live
drumming….and I agree with another comment, Dave sounds strange, the way
he annunciates particular vowels when he sings, and that funny vibrato
thing. Yet he sounds great on the album versions.

  • I like Dave in this gig. He definitely hasn’t lost his voice (the DVD in
Milan from 2005 is basically perfect)…though this was a bit of a raw
phase. Understandable given this is the first full tour post-drug
addiction. Personally I love it, he has such an unhinged presence during
this gig, especially on the up-tempo numbers, yet absolutely nails the
tender likes of Freelove and When the Body Speaks. Best frontman hands down.

  • OH YEEEAAAAH!!!! m/ love sooo much this version! Eigner’s drumming is
awesome! they should play it at every concert! :D *_*

  • fantastic song, awful version — seems like dave’s absolutely lost his voice
here :( and of course no need for eigner’s drums in this one as well as in
the most of early dm stuff. alan should come back for the next tour and
make some fantastic synth arrangements as he always did :)
